Our wedding at the Cross Keys What. A. Day.We knew right from visiting the cross keys the first time this was the venue for us. When we sat down to put our vision to Dan, he was on board from the off.The kindness and teamwork with our celebrant, DJ and decor company made the day an absolute one to remember.The way Dan, Meg and the team worked to make our day so special was amazing. We’ll be forever so grateful to them.The venue, the atmosphere, the food, everything was a huge success.The onsite holiday cottages and rooms at the inn were a huge bonus. It allowed our guests the opportunity to stay over in spotless accommodation and have an amazing breakfast the day after.I can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a family orientated, atmospheric, beautiful venue with the best food the Cross Keys has to be on your list.I’m so grateful to Dan, Meg and the team for their input. For making our day one to cherish and remember

An all round lovely place to dine. From the moment we entered we were pleasantly greeted taken to our table and had drinks orders taken whilst we browsed the menu. We were informed of the specials menu and given appropriate time to decide. The food that we were served up was great. Very flavoursome meat. It is not overbearing with noise and we were able to converse without repeating or raising voices. The guinness here is a nice pint but the puddings....yum. there is accessibility for wheelchairs here as what i saw was all low level. The toilets are clean and presentable. The staff pleasantly spoke well to us on leaving. The only thing i feel this place could do better is have more lighting in the car park area as it was quite dark and when busy, turning around in a small area may present itself. This is only minor and we left very satisfied and happy. Would visit here again. A nice experience

Just had Sunday lunch. Excellent food and service. Very dog friendly. Dogs allowed in the bar area. Nothing to much trouble made to feel welcome. Portion sizes enormous. Will give you a mention on my dog blog. #teddystouringtales

Dropped in for a pint after a sunday walk at lunchtime. Very busy however met with an extremely warm reception from all the staff. We ended up having a mixed bag of pizza, burger and sunday lunch from a obviously varied menu. All were fantastic especially the roast beef. Thanks for a beltin lunch!

These guys are just fabulous! We came on Fathers day for the first time and wasn't disappointed. One of our children is so fussy with food and they went above and beyond to cater for him. All the staff were very friendly and it had a lovely atmosphere. The food was divine xx

Called in for lunch with my daughter, the restaurant is beautiful and immaculate..staff are attentive and don't hassle you. We chose lasagne , halloumi fries, fish finger baguette and hand cut chips. I totally forgot the portion sizes here are huge!!! The food was delicious, best garlic bread ever apparently and all home cooked which is a total win. Just go eat there... It's grand as owt.

Meal for hubby and I at the Cross Keys tonight...food and service fabulous! They have only started opening on a Tuesday evening recently so only a few other people in the dining room when we visited, however still a lovely warm relaxed environment to enjoy our food. Great variety of meal options on the main menu and specials board. Generous sized portions at very competitive prices and the staff are on top of their game!

Good quality pub food. Good beers. Friendly and welcoming staff. Accommodation if you need to stay over.Exactly what a pub should be.
